Elana Kagan will Assist in Flushing the Constitution

It occurred to me--something crazy did come up--we are sitting here watching this woman being the front and center of a dog and pony show--everything totally staged to give the 'appearance' of protocol.  But, the crazy thing is--this nomination is being taken seriously--not laughed out of the office.  

Kagan is not qualified, simple as that.  No more, no less.  She has never tried a case, never argued a case--no practical experience, and yet, no one is pitching a fit about this.

We are seeing the difficultya junior senator is having in being a leader, one who didn't pay his dues, we see the difficulty he has in making decisions.
